Recheck and RSA Launch Partnership Committed to a Healthy Solar Industry

Recheck’s verification platform provides industry companies a best-in-class solution to uphold the highest standards in residential solar

Hanover, N.H. - September 9, 2024 - Since Recheck’s launch announcement in June, we have received overwhelmingly positive support from stakeholders that share our commitment to building a healthy solar industry and long-term trust with consumers. We have been working diligently to both strengthen the coalition and drive technical and operational implementation of Recheck across the solar ecosystem. As part of those efforts, we are pleased to announce a formal partnership between Recheck and the Residential Solar Association (the “RSA”).

Recheck will be working closely with the RSA, which includes a strong membership base of regional installers, financing companies and software providers, to drive the adoption of the Recheck Registry. Recheck and the RSA are also committed to driving the adoption of SEIA’s upcoming American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited Consumer Protection Standard (SEIA 401) and Installation Requirements Standard (SEIA 201). The RSA has also been working with SEIA to contribute feedback and guidance on the draft standards.

We are also excited to welcome Mark Bench, President of the RSA, to the Recheck Advisory Board. Mark will represent the RSA in providing guidance on the Recheck Registry rollout and roadmap. The Recheck Advisory Board also includes SEIA and the Founding Partners mentioned in our June announcement.
